Summer Private Events

Leeds Farm hosts private events from May to August in our North Barn and outdoor areas.

The North Barn is a modern, clear span barn with soaring green arches, beautiful wood-plank feature walls, polished concrete floors, lots of natural light, overhead Edison bulb lighting, and a rustic vibe.

The North Barn has 7,000 square feet of indoor seating for up to 350 guests. The 150-foot wrap around porch can seat an additional 100 people or be used for other activities. Seven large hanging baskets accent the North Barn’s wide wrap-around porch.

Use of the Farm for private summer events includes:

• North Patio which includes cocktail tables, seating, swings, and grain bin bar
• Full restrooms available near the North Barn
• 250 chairs with 28 60-inch round tables, plus 10 eight-foot rectangular tables
• 12 picnic tables on the North Barn porch, plus numerous benches
• Designated parking area for 300+ vehicles
• Lawn areas for activities you bring such as corn hole, volleyball, etc.
• Trash cans and trash disposal

Groups renting the farm for private events provide any food and/or beverage they wish to have. A licensed food service provider/caterer must be used. We do not permit “doing your own food.” A prep area for use by caterers is available in the North Barn. All evening events must conclude by 11:00 pm.
